Kick off 2025 with a transformative two-day Female Summit on the 29th and 30th January, designed to empower women through leadership, personal growth, and financial independence insights. The summit will feature a diverse lineup of expert-led workshops, inspiring panels, and networking opportunities, covering topics from intuitive wellness and career branding to financial empowerment and workplace equality. Sarah Carolides brings 25+ years of expertise in functional nutrition, specialising in gut and skin health. She’s worked with top medical professionals and is a leading speaker on health optimisation.

Heidi Smythe combines sports therapy and personal training to optimise physical well-being, focusing on injury recovery, prevention, and holistic fitness.

Jenny O’Connell brings a passion for natural wellness solutions, co-founding Sisterly, a brand dedicated to supporting women’s health.

 

Interactive Styling Session: Navigating Your Wardrobe with Sarah Corbett-Winder, Founder of Kipper

Join Sarah Corbett-Winder, founder of British brand Kipper, for an engaging styling session where she’ll guide you in creating a timeless wardrobe that adapts to all stages of life—from the boardroom to evening events. Known for her unique approach to suit styling with a touch of British humour, Sarah’s session will bring women together for an interactive, empowering experience.

Katie, a dynamic sports broadcaster for Sky Sports, ITV Sport, and talkSPORT, will share her journey in creating spaces for women in sports. From her days as a Team GB hockey player to becoming a prominent voice in sports media, Katie will share inspiring insights about breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity in the sporting world.
