An exquisite contemporary Japanese dining experience, Kyubi is a beautifully appointed restaurant on the third floor. Members can dine at intimate tables, gather at banquettes, or take a seat at the sushi bar and watch our chefs at work. On warmer days, enjoy a table on the outdoor terrace or for special occasions, gather with friends for a banquet in Naisho, Kyubi’s hidden private dining room.
Executive Head Chef, Soon Li Ong and his team have curated an irresistible menu filled with the freshest sashimi and sushi, sizzling meats and vegetables straight from the Robata grill, and crisp tempura dishes. Each dish is a beautifully presented combination of balanced flavours that delights the senses and make for a very special dining experience.
At the bar, mixologists shake up bespoke cocktails with their usual flourish and serve sake on tap (the only place you’ll find such a thing in Europe!). Fine wines have been selected to complement the menu, alongside an extensive choice of over 70 hand-selected sakes, with light, medium and full-bodied varieties to choose from.
Kyubi is open for lunch and dinner throughout the week, dinner on Saturday and a very special brunch experience on Sunday, accompanied by Oyugi at Kyubi; our creative kids workshops.
