We were honoured to have welcomed French 3-star Michelin Chef, Pascal Barbot, of restaurant L’Astrance, to The Arts Club to prepare an eight course dinner of culinary mastery for members to enjoy.
Having worked with some of the most renowned and skilled chefs globally, including five years with mentor Alain Passard at L’Arpège, Barbot has gone on to achieve international acclaim and awards including the prestigious Best Cook in France award in 2005.
