The Art World’s Simon Oldfield in Conversation with Josh Smith

As London celebrates Pride 2022, we welcome two inspiring figures from the LGBTQ+ community, committed to increasing representation within their respective industries.

Held at The Arts Club in the week ahead of London’s 50th annual Pride march, was a poignant conversation with curator, art advisor, blockchain expert and lawyer; Simon Oldfield, interviewed by Josh Smith, founder and host of top society and culture podcast, Reign with Josh Smith.

The pair delve into Simon’s personal and professional experience within the art industry, advising collectors and gallery clients such as Hauser & Wirth, and curating at major institutions like the Royal Academy of Arts. Simon shares his personal trajectory and the successes and obstacles he has faced along the way.
