Sushi Omakase

Loosely translated as “I will leave it to you”, Omakase is both a word and an experience that commands worship-like devotion amongst true fans of Japanese cuisine. A moment in which diners relinquish the choice of menu entirely to the chef, who curates a menu based on the absolute best and freshest ingredients of the moment, showcasing his artistry to the highest degree. Our first bookable Omakase experience will be available for one night only, led by Chef Li, who will lead diners on a journey of flavours through his craftsmanship of sushi.
