Spotlight: Emanuela Lidia Fisco

Brasserie Assistant Manager

Since joining us nearly seven years ago as Commis Waiter, Emanuela has become integral to the daily operations of the Brasserie, progressing within the Brasserie team at an impressive pace.

Emanuela has risen to the challenge of various positions, including Commis Waiter and Chef de Rang, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the Brasserie’s food ethos, ahead of her promotion to Head Supervisor and subsequently, Brasserie Assistant Manager.

In 2018, Emanuela took part in The Arts Club’s Management Development Programme. Here, she says, she was able to identify her own, distinctive leadership style, which she continues to practice on a daily basis.

What she loves most about working at The Arts Club? ‘Having the opportunity to share the knowledge and skills that I have developed with my team. I also enjoy getting to know the members and their preferences, so their experiences with us are truly special.’
