A club favourite, the Dover Street Big Band, returned to The Arts Club over the weekend for another instalment of 1930s-themed glamour and bold brass sounds.
The 16-piece ensemble performed classics by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Nat King Cole and Shirley Bassey.
Tenor Alfie Boe, who has conquered the world’s most prestigious opera stages, joined the band to perform some well-known songs towards the end of the set, ending the night in style.
